Is your FarmVille farm feeling a little one level? Here’s a cool trick to give your farm more dimension or works great if you want to learn the secret trick to speeding up harvesting and planting ! Your less savvy FarmVille friends won’t be able to stop asking about how you achieved this relatively simple trick! Once you’ve mastered this simple trick you can improve production on your farm, grow it bigger, faster, and have a more creative unique farm.
First start by placing your first hay bale onto the empty plot of land preferable to the side of your farm. Set down your second hay bale diagonally in relation to the first hay bale. It should look like you are starting a checkerboard pattern. Then place your third hay bale so it’s side by side the first hay bale. Do the same with the last hay bale only on the opposite side. You should now have three hay bales forming a kind of ‘V’ and another hay bale that looks like it’s sitting on top of them. And now, you have stacked your hay!

Perhaps you are new to FarmVille or still just trying to fuigure it out- well… read up and get your farm growing! Basically it is an online farming game that is played on Facebook by people from all over the world play. Not like Farmtown, however, very similar, Farmville does not have a marketplace where you can mingle with other farmers. You are responsible to do all your own plowing and harvesting.
There may come a time, though, when you want to get a little more out of the game. Every time you move up a level, you unlock new seeds, decorations, and other discretionary items. This means that in order to get the most out of your FarmVille experience, you’ll have to level up quickly to unlock as many items and bonuses as you can.
There are several things to keep in mind if you want to level up quickly in FarmVille. You probably already know that in order to level up, you need to accumulate experience points. For example, each plot of land you plow gets you one experience point. The quickest way to advance in levels on farmville is to plow and seed, however, you need to focus on gaining experience as well. Here are a few tips that helped me move up levels quick in farmville. If you have time during the day and aren’t busy with chores or work, you can plant crops like strawberries that will get you more than 2 experience points a day because you can harvest them every 4 hours. You have to do at least the 4 hour harvest in order to get experience points.
You have to be on top of your harvesting and planting cycles in order to make progress this way though. Putting up buildings on your farm remains the best way to get big boosts in your experience quickly. Save up your cash for those, and you’ll be well on your way to unlocking all of the available items in FarmVille.
Be sure to visit neighbors which will move you up in experience points as well, getting you to the next level.
Now that farmville is offering ribbons for different tasks that are completely, you can gain more experience points by clicking on your animals when they are highlighted, and harvesting your trees when they’re ready. These things qualify you for different ribbons, and the ribbons give you coins and experience points as well.

Playing FarmVille is fun, but watching your character slowly harvest, plow, and plant can be a bit on the boring side. This simple tip will help you in speeding up your FarmVille harvesting and planting so your playing experience is more fun.
Normally when you begin playing FarmVille, your character is in the middle of the field… this is what we want to change.
So first action is to dig up the plowed or planted plots. This plot is usually in the center of of your farm… sometimes you might have two plots on some of the larger farms that have expanded. Either way, just dig them up so they are grass even if the plots are plowed or have seed planted.
After digging up the plot you will need to move your character out of the way so you can build a perimeter around them. I have found that the best way to do this is with bales of hay. The hay bales can be found in the decorations category of the market ($100 coins each). It will take approximately 12 bales of hay to complete the square perimeter. You will need to place all but 2 of the hay bales around the perimeter.
Before closing the perimeter of hay bales you must place your character inside so he or she can be closed in. After moving your character, place two more hay bales so that it blocks your character inside the perimeter of the hay bales so he or she cannot get out.
Now your character is trapped inside the hay bales and cannot go about your farm and will no longer have to travel to any given area to harvest, plow or plant, so the process of speeding up FarmVille Harvesting and Planting can be achieved!
If you have already gotten your feet wet in FarmVille and want a quick way to getting more money in FarmVille then follow this simple 5 step plan below.
Step 1: First, login to your facebook FarmVille account and plant strawberries. Just strawberries. Do this 3 times a day for about three days. Strawberries ripen and are ready for harvest in 4 hours so you will need to make yourself available and pick them quick or you will lose thousands of dollars.
Step 2: Add more plots of strawberries as you progress levels. Don’t add additional fruits or vegetable yet.
Step 3: Plant the whole field with strawberries day after day for as many times as you can. Once you use your whole plot you will be reaping in a very nice income from the harvest giving you more land to develop on.
Step 4: Expand your Farmville plot quickly by adding neighbors and getting the experience. By day three, you should have enough money to purchase a bigger farm, if you have enough neighbors.
Step 4: If you continue to plant strawberries you will see the results add up quickly making you a very nice profit, if after the period you wish to slow down a bit and add some other fruits and vegetables, now you can.
If you’re new to the world of FarmVille, it won’t likely take long for you to figure out why this game has captured the hearts, souls, and well… every extra waking hour of so many people. There are a ton of options when it comes to what seeds you can grow, what buildings and decorations you can put on your farm, and which types of livestock you choose to raise. Because you do have so many options though, it can be a little difficult at first trying to figure out where to start in order to develop your farm in the most optimal way.
Expand Your FarmVille Farm Slowly
You want to get the most out of your land when you’re working in FarmVille. This means that you’ll want to clear a substantial amount of land so that you can plant and harvest as many crops as possible. You do have to be careful about how much land you clear at once though. It costs 15 coins to clear one plot of land, so if you clear too many at once, you won’t have any coins left to buy the seeds you want to plant.
It’s best to slowly expand your plowed plots of land so that you’re always able to take full advantage of their planting potential. After each harvest, it’s a good idea to replant on all of your current plots first. Once you’ve done this it will be much easier to figure out how much more land you can afford to clear this time around. Following this pattern will quickly allow you to expand your farm while ensuring that you always have enough money to plant on all of your cleared plots.
Plan Your Farmville Harvests Carefully
Another aspect of FarmVille that it can be tough to get the hang of at first is timing your harvests right. Each crop you plant in the game will take a particular amount of time to mature. Once a crop is mature, you can harvest it. But don’t wait too long. If you don’t get back in time, your crops will wither and you’ll just have to plow the land again and start over. It’s important to plan your plantings so that you’ll be able to get back to check on your farm before this happens.
One of the great things about FarmVille is that you can take it as seriously as you want to take it. If you only want to log in once a week, that’s fine. Just make sure you plant crops that will last that long. Once you start playing though, it’s not likely you’ll be able to stay away for very long.
There are just a few step to getting starting and learning how to play the most popular game in America… and its not too late.
First, sign into your Facebook and create a Farmville account. You do this by clicking on the Join Farmville Now application, or on your friends’ Farmville posts, or finally by visiting www.farmville.com
Second, create your Farmville character. You can choose different features to customize your farmer and make it look more or less like you.
Mine is a cute little red headed farmer girl!
Your Farmville farm comes prebuilt with 6 plots and 300 coins. You can see if you have any plots ready for harvesting by moving the mouse and hovering over each plot. If you have plots ready for harvest, harvest them by clicking on them. You must harvest your crops before they wilt in order to make a profit.
The goal of the game is to make your Farmville farm bigger by plowing and sowing new plots. Use the plow tool to create a new plot, and then click on the plot to choose which seeds to plant. To built points quickly, choose a fast-growing crop like strawberries or blueberries (do this only if you will be available to harvest them in 4 hours – if not, choose a crop that doesn’t grow as fast.)
Be sure to invite your friends to become neighbors on Farmville. Once you have neighbors, you can send and accept gifts using the ‘free gifts’ tab. The more neighbors, the more gifts you have and the larger you can grow your farm! You never know what you might need and often your friends are willing to give a helping hand.
Once you have a farm established, its important to build as many experience points as you can. You can build experience points by successfully growing and harvesting seeds, or by visiting your neighbors’ Farmville farms.
